Update -
We are continuing to monitor the progress of ingesting data. Our current estimate is that all data should be processed and available by 6pm CST. We will update and move to resolved when we have verified the data is now complete.

Monitoring -
We are receiving successful responses from the Scintilla API, indicating that Walmart has corrected the issue with the API. We are beginning to pull and process data for April 7th. We will provide an update when the data processing has completed.

We have confirmed with Walmart Support that they have an active issue that they are working to resolve. As soon as this is confirmed resolved we will detect and process the data.

We are continuing to investigate the issue and have an open issue with Walmart Support.
Data for Walmart Charter is loaded and updated through April 6th, 2025. We are awaiting the updated data through the feeds for April 7th, 2025.

Investigating -
We are currently experiencing delays in receiving data from the Scintilla Charter APIs. As a result, downstream processing and reporting will be impacted, and the most up-to-date data is temporarily unavailable.
We have opened a support ticket with Walmart and are currently awaiting a response.
Our systems will automatically detect and process the data as soon as it becomes available. We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as we learn more.
